Received from: none [Cyone: Fuel reactors] or doctor Silon [Citadel: Huerta Memorial Hospital]
Unlocked by: You will be able to start this mission while completing N7: Fuel Reactors side quest or while visiting the Citadel after Priority: The Citadel #2 main quest.
This quest can be activated in two ways. The first one implies exploring [Cyone: Fuel reactors] as a part of N7: Fuel Reactors side quest. Search the area where the mission has started and you should be able to locate a palmtop containing a treatment plan (screen above). Notice - The fuel depot on Cyone cannot be returned to further on in the game.
The second option is to overhear a conversation between doctor Silon and doctor Kerry after completing Priority: The Citadel #2 main quest. Both doctors can be found in the left laboratory room in [Citadel: Huerta Memorial Hospital] and you'll find out that they're searching for a way of treating a patient with serious chemical burns. Give the treatment plan to doctor Silon in order to finish this quest.
Notice - If you've missed the palmtop with the treatment plan during N7: Fuel Reactors side quest, then you can complete this mission in an alternative way by going to the Spectres office located in [Citadel: Citadel Embassies] and purchasing the plan with credits.
Aethon Cluster Me3

I'm playing my first playthrough with EGM and so far the experience is awesome, I can see that it was made with a lot of care for the lore, the war assets and especially the Normandy. Schaums outline of signals and systems, 3rd edition pdf free.
For those who are not sure about this mod, I can only say that after 20+ playthrough it feels like playing a Remastered version of the game ( not graphically but with much attention to details).
I saw that the creators of this mod hang out around here so, as I watch David Archer playing chess with EDI while Rodriguez is in the lounge getting inked by Jack and a grumpy Salarian assassin is waiting in the cargo bay to be dropped on the Citadel, I want to say to them thank you, you made ME3 a novel experience again for me while waiting for MEA.

Colour symbols
The guide contains the following colour symbols:
- Red refers to the names of the missions.
- Blue refers to the locations you visit.
- Green refers to items that you find, both those which you can take with you and those that can be only looked at (e.g. palmtops or computer terminals).
- Orange refers to war assets, intel and experience points. In the later case the abbreviation EXP is used. For example, [800 EXP] means that you can receive 800 experience points for a given activity.
How to use the guide?
The names of all the missions correspond with the ones in Shepard's journal. If you want to find the description of a given quest, you first have to check its name in the game and afterwards find it in the guide. Small quests that don't appear in the journal (e.g. visiting a wounded friend in the hospital) are an exception and you can distinguish them by a star (*).
At the very beginning of each quest description you can find a short info about the quest giver and requirements you need to meet to unlock it. Whereas at the end of the walkthrough you will find a note about the next mission in order (of course only if a given mission belong to a longer series).
Important information regarding completing quests
- After you complete each main quest, I'd recommend speaking to every member of your team, read messages at Shepard's terminal, head to the Citadel and explore all newly unlocked systems. It will increase the chance of gaining access to all new side quests.
- Not all quests are unlocked by speaking to the NPCs. Some are added to Shepard's journal when you find a certain item or overhear a conversation. Exact information about unlocking particular quests can be found in their walkthroughs.
- The game gives you freedom of choice throughout the campaign, regarding whether you want to focus on the man or side missions. There are however two exceptions from this rule. The first one is the main quest Priority: Tuchanka. Don't begin its most important part (heading to Tuchanka with Mordin and Eva) if you have any active side quests in your journal. The reason for that is the fact that after you finish that mission, the game will automatically begin a new one and all uncompleted optional missions will be cancelled without the possibility to finish them. The second exception is the main quest Priority: Cerberus Headquarters. Beginning it is the start of the finale of Shepard's adventure, so it would be good to complete all side quests before that.
New/imported save
I'd definitely recommend choosing the option to import you save from Mass Effect 2, as it will let you keep the choices you have made in the previous games. If you don't have such a save, you will have to create a new one. In such situation, the only choice you can make is decide whether Kaidan Alenko or Ashley Williams died in the previous game. The other choices are automatically selected by the game and the most important ones are:
- Collector Base was destroyed (Mass Effect 2)
- Genophage Cure Data was destroyed (Mass Effect 2)
- The main hero doesn't have a romance (Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2)
- Feros Colony wasn't saved (Mass Effect)
- Liara became the Shadow Broker (Mass Effect 2)
- The Council wasn't saved (Mass Effect)
- Tali was exiled by her people (Mass Effect 2)
- Udina joined the Council (Mass Effect)
- Batarian System was destroyed (Mass Effect 2)
- Normandy crew wasn't saved (Mass Effect 2)
- Legion died (Mass Effect 2)
- Thane died (Mass Effect 2)
- Wrex died (Mass Effect)
- Jack died (Mass Effect 2)
- Rachni Queen died (Mass Effect)
- Samara died (Mass Effect 2)
Fuel Reactors is a Mass Effect 3 N7 mission which becomes available after Priority: Perseus Veil.

Walkthrough
N7 Fuel Reactors is added to your journal if you talk to Specialist Traynor after Priority: Perseus Veil, also known as Priority: Geth Dreadnought.
To start the mission open the Galaxy Map and in the Milky Way, locate Silean Nebula. Enter the system and land on Planet Cyone. Select your crew and weapons, and dont forget to use the weapon mods you have acquired so far, to improve your equipment.
The mission starts with a dialogue between Admiral Hackett and Shepard.
As soon as you assume control over Shepard, head left and on a crate you will find Rosenkov Materials Chestplate. Maintain your current position and head forward, until you reach a platform, at the end of the area.
Mass Effect 3 Walkthrough
To the right you should see another crate, and on it, a Medical Treatment Plan.
This important item allows you to complete the Chemical Treatment Citadel mission.
Reach the right side of the area and talk to Captain Riley. During the conversation you will find out that the lower level of the facility is contaminated by a toxic gas.
NOTE: The gas is deadly, and will instantly kill you.
Behind Captain Riley is a crane, and the control panel to activate it, is near it, to the right. Inside, you will also find some Spare Parts (right side) you can salvage for 4,000 Credits.
Approach the Crane Display and activate it to move both containers from left to right. Exit the control room and go right, then move forward and active the Vent Sector A1 console to remove the gas.
Now, you can go down and activate the fuel rod. Next to it, on the ground, to the right is a PDA. Examine it for 3,000 Credits.
After you activate the fuel rod, take cover, because a wave of Husks and Marauders will attack your position. After you kill them, go back up, and follow the ramp to the left which allows you to reach the first tank.
Seal it and advance toward the second tank. Repeat the step, then turn around and you should see a console which allows you to restart the reactor.
On the left side of the console, on the ground is another PDA (3,000 Credits). Get it then activate the reactor and take cover. Destroy the barrier engines, and then focus on the Reapers.
When Riley calls you seeking help you have to make a tough decision. You can send one of your crew-members to save her (Paragon) or you can seal her fate and let her die (Renegade). After you decide, a door will open and a Brute will attack you.
Make sure the monster keeps a fair distance from the barrier engines, and then take it out along with the Marauders that spawn near it. Next, go through the door opened by the Brute and use the console to start the reactor.
Sprint to the extraction point to complete the mission. New achievement/trophy unlocked: Explorer. After you complete the mission, in Silean Nebula, scan planet Hanalei to find War Asset: Dr. Jelize.
Next N7 mission: Communication Hub.

New Information/FAQ:
Info on Reapers:
'If there is no Reaper on the system you want to explore, you are safe to travel and scan it as you please. However, if you begin scanning in a Reaper-infested system, the Reapers will move in and attempt to capture the Normandy. If you are caught, you will be returned to your last save outside of the Galaxy Map.
The Reaper Alertness meter in the lower left region of the screen will reveal how many more scans you can perform before alerting the Reapers. To escape the Reapers, you must simply pilot the ship out of the current system. You can do this by using a Mass Relay or by just cruising out of the solar system -- at the expense of fuel.
Reapers will vacate an occupied system after you complete a Mission, but the Reaper Alertness meter might not totally dissipate right away.'
Info on Fuel:
'Fuel is expended in Mass Effect 3 every time you pilot the Normandy into the void between star systems. Mass Effect jumps do not expend fuel, nor does travel within a system.
As you move from one star system to a next, you can cruise to conserve fuel. There are several ways to attain fuel:
Scanning - You can scan for anomalies that may or may not contain fuel.
Fuel Depot - Fuel Depots exist in developed star systems. Fuel costs Credits.
Dock at the Citadel - You can get a free refill just by docking at the Citadel.'
